Personally, I’m a:

- Huge fan of traveling. Countries so far visited include: Iceland, Israel, Aruba, Switzerland, Spain/France/Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong. Aiming for more!
- Big foodie. Thai and Mexican cuisine are faves.
- Fan of solo nature-related sports – hiking, skiing.
- Other interests: technology, news, politics & policy. Also, Bruce Springsteen and Dr. Pepper soda.

Professionally, my career path has taught me skills at the intersection of business strategy, data, and UX (user experience). Specifically, here’s what that means:
- Business Strategy — 8+ years of fintech + “big tech” business experience. Skilled with Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, project management. etc. Extensive knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal, Excel/VBA, etc. Undergrad and masters degrees focused on data strategy.
- Data — 8+ years experience in all aspects of BI “data as a business” –I.e. designing, securing, and supporting large-scale information systems. Experience with Python & various data science libraries, SQL, web markup languages. Other relevant software: Qliksense, Figma, R, Minitab, PowerBI, SPSS, Microsoft Office Suite
- UX — 5+ years experience in all aspects of UX design process — i.e. creation of UX design patterns/standards, information architecture, Relevant software: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite

I speak at a high intermediate-level in French and a basic level of Mandarin Chinese.
In the spirit of fairness, here are some things that I’m not good at:
- Throwing a frisbee. (Folks have been trying to teach me for 25 years).
- Eating seafood. (Tried it a few times –just not for me).
- The last level in Super Mario 64 where you have to beat Bowser.
