If I had to pick some highlights from my career thus far, I’d suggest the below. Note that none of these things would’ve been possible without the support of amazing colleagues!

@Google (Product Operations, Assistive UI’s):

  • Spearheading initiative to embed customer intelligence datastreams (“signals”) into products, and ultimately improve client-facing UI’s. 
  • Liaise with data teams and engineering to quantify the impact of interface rollouts —and inform future development plans.
  • Guiding development of a Product Insights technical platform to accelerate data-driven decisions across the organization.

@Bloomberg (UX Product Manager & various roles)

  • Managed the product strategy for the Bloomberg Terminal’s data discoverability tools, and application infrastructure platform.
  • Oversaw infrastructure initiatives for 12,000+ data-intensive applications (“functions”). Liaised with engineering, senior management, product and design to measurably evolve the user interface of Bloomberg’s analytics ecosystem. 
  • Personally responsible for 1000+ client-impacting UI production changes to maximize usability (and adoption of natural language processing tools).
  • Global responsibility for client comms around data incident management.

@U.S. Treasury:

  • Created data-driven reports to brief economists on issues of national importance — in consumable and actionable formats.

@Cornell:

  • Created digital media platform to showcase university’s value proposition to global stakeholders. Received 56K+ annual pageviews, ~40K unique visitors. Lauded by senior administrators and multiple media outlets.
